§ III. Unbecoming conduct.

No member shall appear at the meetings of the Department or on duty in a state of intoxication, or shall be guilty of conduct unbecoming a gentleman, or otherwise bring disgrace upon the Department, under penalty of expulsion as hereafter provided for.
