§ 7-1. Statutory authorization.

The Legislature of the State of Louisiana has in L.R.S. 38:84 delegated the responsibility of local governmental units to adopt regulations designed to minimize flood losses. Therefore, the Cameron Parish Police Jury of Cameron, Louisiana, does ordain as follows.
