§ 5-5. Same—Parish officers' and employees' liability limited.

Except in case of willful misconduct, the parish department heads, employees or representative of any of them, engaged in civil preparedness activities while complying or attempting to comply with sections 5-1 through 5-6 of this chapter, or any rule or regulation promulgated pursuant to such provisions, shall not be held liable for the death of or any injury to persons, or damage to property as a result of such activity.
