§ 4¼-12. Permitting of mobile homes.

The permitting of mobile homes is allowed if they meet elevation requirements or if going into a pre-Rita certified mobile home park that was not substantially damaged by flood or if there was no mobile home in the mobile home park at the time of Hurricane Rita.
