§ 2-24. Accumulated compensatory time.

(a)

Compensatory time accumulated at December 31 of each year will be handled in one of the following manners to be decided at the employee's option subject to supervisor's approval:

(1)

Used as time off prior to year's end.

(2)

The value to be paid in full.

(3)

Partial value to be paid, with the balance limited to a maximum of fifty (50) hours carried over to the following year.
