§ 2-16. Pre-employment physical examinations required for manual labor.

Pre-employment physical examinations are mandatory for prospective employees of the parish police jury who will be engaged in manual labor. The examination in each case will be made by a medical doctor and no person shall be employed by the parish to do manual labor who is not pronounced physically fit and free of disability as a result of such examination.
