§ 2-7. Exemption from state law regarding underground utilities.

(a)

The police jury does hereby declare its desire to "Opt Out" from the provisions of R.S. 40:1749.14.

(b)

The secretary of the police jury is hereby authorized to file a certified copy of this section with the secretary of state for verification purposes.
