§ 20-372. Commissioners; terms; powers.

(a)

The appointment of Lloyd Badon, J.P. Constance, Nickolaus Garber, Nathan Griffith, and Tommy Pease to the Board of Commissioners of Waterworks District No. 10 of the Parish of Cameron, Louisiana, said appointment made for the present terms of office of said Commissioners, is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.

(b)

Waterworks District No. 10 of the Parish of Cameron, Louisiana, shall continue to have and exercise all powers of waterworks districts generally under the Constitution and laws of the State of Louisiana.
