§ 20-318. Organization.

On the twenty-second day of August, at the hour of 8:00 p.m. the commissioners appointed as the first waterworks commissioners of Waterworks District No. 5 of the Parish of Cameron, Louisiana, shall meet at the K. C. Hall, Creole, Louisiana, and shall then and there draw lots to determine the duration of their respective terms of office and shall otherwise perfect their organization, all as is provided by law.
