Waterworks District No. 1 of the Parish of Cameron, Louisiana, created by this division,
shall constitute a public corporation and shall have all the powers and duties defined
by Section 3811 to Section 3821, both inclusive, of Title 33 of the Revised Statutes
of 1950, and the laws of the state pertaining thereto, and particularly Sections 3815,
3817, 3818, 3819, 3820 and 3821 of said Title.
