By virtue of the authority of R.S. 33:4562, there is hereby created Hackberry Recreation
District, which shall consist of the whole of the following described property, lying
and being situated in the Parish of Cameron, Louisiana, and described as follows,
to wit:
Commencing at the northwest corner of Section 3, Township 12 South, Range 12 West,
Louisiana Meridian; thence running south to the southwest corner of Section 34, Township
12 South, Range 12 West; thence east to the northwest corner of Section 3, Township
13 South, Range 12 West; thence south to the southwest corner of Section 34, Township
13 South, Range 12 West; thence east to the southeast corner of Township 13 South,
Range 11 West; thence south to Calcasieu Lake; thence northeasterly along the west
bank of Calcasieu Lake to the line between the Parishes of Calcasieu and Cameron;
thence west along the line between the Parishes of Calcasieu and Cameron to the point
of commencement, and being the whole of Ward Six (6) of Cameron Parish, Louisiana.
