§ 20-17. Authority; duties.

Latest version.

The Hackberry Fire Protection District No. 1 of Cameron Parish, Louisiana, shall have all authority and duties as provided by R.S. 40:1491 through 1501 and as well as those provided by the constitution and other laws of the state and also, all such powers and duties as may be designated to such district generally by the state.
