§ 19-39. Same—Restriction as to number parish will install.

The parish police jury will install only one forty-foot maximum length driveway on any tract of residential property owned by an applicant for the permit required by section 19-36; however, if one driveway exists on the same piece of property, then the parish police jury will not install another driveway.
