§ 19-23. Parish may require future alterations.

At any future date, if the police jury deems it necessary in order to protect the public interest, and to provide for the natural growth and progress of the parish, an applicant for a permit under this article shall, at its own expense, make such alterations or relocations of the work as may be deemed necessary by the police jury.
