§ 12-4. Disbursal of construction and maintenance funds.

(a)

The treasurer, or assistant treasurer, of the police jury is hereby authorized to disburse funds from the parish library construction and maintenance fund, upon approval of the parish library board.

(b)

All disbursements from the parish library construction and maintenance fund shall be upon the signature of the treasurer and/or assistant treasurer, together with the signature of the president of the parish library board.
