§ 10-37. Emergency and non-emergency ambulance service violations.

Any entities conducting ambulance operations within the service area, with the exception of Good Samaritan provision under LSA R.S. 40:1235 without the consent of the respective ambulance district, shall be in violation of this ordinance and will be subject to fines up to two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) per incident.
