The affairs of said Department shall be directed by a Board of Directors composed of the following:

The Police Jury Member-Ward Six

(2)

Fire Chief

(3)

Three members of the Hackberry Fire Department in good standing for a minimum of two years, appointed by the Police Jury for a term of one year.
